1. How do I order online?

To purchase a product on AdoringDress.co.uk website, simply click on the item you wish to buy, select the size and colour required and click 'add to bag'. You can then go back and add additional items to your bag or click 'Buy Now'. Please note you will need your credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Amex), including the billing address to finalise your online shopping experience.

2. What cards do you accept?

We accept payment Credit/Debit Cards, TT and Western Union.

3. Can I change/cancel my order?

Yes you can change your order whilst you are still browsing and shopping, simply remove it and/or update from My Bag.Once your order has been confirmed however, it's not possible for you to change or cancel it prior to dispatch.In this instance the order will be sent to you and then if required you will have to return it.Please refer to our Returns Policy if you require further information.

4. Hoe secure is my credit card and personal information?

Your security while shopping online with AdoringDress UK is extremely important to us, and we have taken all reasonable measures to ensure that your credit card and personal details are kept safe at all times.

All pages that require you to enter your personal information or payment details on our site are secure, using 128 bit SSL encryption.To ensure that the page you are viewing is secure, look for a padlock icon in your browser, this verifies the authenticity and validity of our website security.

5. How long is the delivery time?

Usually it takes 15-18 days to make wedding dresses and 12-15 days to make other dresses since the day you place an order. The shipping time also differs in shipping methods. The fastest shipping - expedited shipping takes 3-6 days for the shipment. The standard shipping takes 5-8 days. The sooner you place an order, the sooner we start preparing your dress. If you choose the rush order, the delivery time will depend on what you select.

6: How do I know what size I am?

AdoringDress UK has our sizing guide across every product page. Our sizes are represented in Australian sizes, however there is a conversion guide for international sizing (UK and USA) as well as a guide to measuring your self against the measurements that AdoringDress works to.

7. If there is a problem with my order who do I contact?

8. How do I complete an order?

If you are satisfactory with the item you have purchased, you just need check out. Your order will be completed.

9.Which countries does AdoringDress ship to?

We ship to all countries.

10. What is your return policy?

We guarantee all our dresses with high quality. If our dresses are not good quality, customers can return the dress back. But we can't accept return dress for custom cut order. All sales are final and cannot be cancelled at the point of purchase.

Please be sure of the style, size, colour, and any other specifications before submitting your order.

11. Can I have a dress made to my measurement?

Of course yes, as custom-made is our first concern. We can make the dress in your own size. You may send us your special measurements according to our size guide or write them at the "NOTE".

12: Is your size chart based on UK or USA standard? How is better to order right size?

Our size chart is made on our own, different from UK and USA size. You need to check our size chart to choose the right size. You may also refer to our measuring guide to see how to get professional measuring. If you have concerns about the size, we highly suggest you choose the custom size. Please get the professional measurements first and fill in the exact measurements when you place an order.

13. How do I track my order?

You’re tracking number and a link to the Post website can be found on your Shipping Confirmation email that is emailed to you once the items have been picked up by UK Post for delivery.

If your package has not arrived and you have allowed the correct time for delivery (according to the delivery type selected at checkout) and you have not received a calling card showing UKPOST attempted delivery at your shipping address, please contact our Customer Service Team.

14. I’ve forgotten my password to my AdoringDress New account

You can easily reset your password by clicking the login link in the top right corner. Within the Login to your AdoringDress New account there is a link called FORGOTTON YOUR PASSWORD that prompts you to enter in your email address that is connected to your AdoringDress New account, you will then be sent an email with a link to reset your password to the email address provided.
